MyApprova respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This is a plain-language summary for the pilot.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the company and document data you enter, uploaded files, and basic usage logs. Contact-form submissions (name, email, company, message) are stored so we can respond.
How we use it
To provide the Service, route approvals, generate exports, send notifications you've enabled, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Where it's stored
On Supabase infrastructure in the Singapore region, with row-level isolation between companies and a 7-year retention model for document records.
Third parties
We use service providers to run the Service — hosting (Supabase, Vercel), optional email delivery, and optional Telegram messaging for features you enable. They process data only to provide those functions.
