These terms govern your use of MyApprova ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for the pilot; a full agreement will be provided before general release.
The Service
MyApprova is a document workflow and awareness tool: it routes documents for approval, records payments, and produces export files for accounting software. It is not accounting software and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for who you grant access to, and for verifying exports and any e-invoice obligations against current LHDN rules before relying on them.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" during the pilot, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Data
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can request export or deletion.
